Mark Rohan

Mark Rohan began their career in 2001 as a Senior Help Desk Analyst for SunLife. In 2004, they moved to the Sydney Opera House to work as a System Engineer, providing tier 1 support to all clients. In 2005, they took on two roles: Engineering Specialist for the Environment Protection Authority South Australia (SA EPA) and Wholesale Sales Manager for Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. In 2016, they became Head Of Global Sales for Spearline and Business Owner for Unified Consulting. In 2020, they took on the role of Senior Consultant for CA Technologies and in 2021 they became the Chief Operating Officer for Klearcom, helping the world's largest Multinational Contact Centers avoid customer outages on their Domestic IVR voice calls.
