Peter Downs

Peter Downs, CFA, serves as the CFO of KlearNow.AI, a leading provider of AI software solutions for the global supply chain, since September 2023. Prior to this role, Peter worked as CFO and COO at SymphonyAI Sensa from 2019 to 2023, where the focus was on AI/ML solutions for detecting financial and cyber crime. Other notable positions include CFO consulting at Xeeva, Inc. (2018-2019), CFO at Qooco (2015-2018), CFO at NComputing (2008-2015), and VP of Finance at Siperian (2003-2008). Peter also held executive roles at BroadVision from 1996 to 2002, significantly contributing to revenue growth and investment rounds in each organization. Peter holds both a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
