Philippe Hello

Philippe Hello is the founder of HELLO CONSULTING SAS, where they provide strategic advice in management, human resources, and digital transformation. Previously, they served as the Director of Human Resources at the Ministry of Armed Forces until August 2021, overseeing a workforce of 4,000 and handling significant projects such as the resolution of the Louvois crisis. With extensive military experience, Philippe has held various leadership roles, including commanding the amphibious helicopter carrier Tonnerre and leading significant transformation initiatives within the armed forces. They possess a strong academic background, having trained at prestigious institutions including the École navale and the Centre des hautes études militaires. Philippe continues to engage with multiple organizations, advising on strategic issues and organizational change.
