Robert Licha

Robert Licha has held a number of positions in the finance and operations fields since 1988. Robert began their career as an Accountant and Inventory Control Manager at Data Products Corporation in 1988. In 1993, they moved to NHBB as Cost Accounting Manager, where they oversaw accounting functions for manufacturing operations and managed inventory levels. In 1995, they were appointed Corporate Controller at Cerwin-Vega. Two years later, they joined Imagyn Medical Technologies as Vice President of Operations and Finance. In 2004, they became President CFO/COO of Quallion, where they were responsible for all aspects of the organization and financial accounting. Robert then moved to Janteq Corporation in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer. In 2018, they were appointed CFO & COO of K2 Energy Solutions, and in 2019 they became President & COO of Kleen Concepts.

Robert Licha received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge and their Diploma from Crespi.
