Mark is a business and brand strategist with over 15 years of experience across market research firms, digital agencies, and management consultancies.
As a Managing Director at Teneo, Mark works with the C-Suite on transformative initiatives. His approach is to work closely with organizations to collaborate, plan and execute large-scale efforts around marketing, sales, customer experience, product, and brand.
Prior to Teneo, Mark served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Mirum, a WPP digital agency. Previous to Mirum, Mark was a partner at Accenture working at the intersection of business transformation and digital experience, with a focus on financial services. Mark was also a founding faculty member of Accenture’s Financial Services Innovation Center and the leading author of Accenture’s Generation D research platform. Prior to Accenture, Mark was the managing director and co-founder of Consensus Interactive, a Boston-based digital agency.
In addition to being an advisor for KleerMail, Mark is a board member of Digital Futures Initiative, a non-profit providing education services for students and schools on how-to guide today’s digitally connected youth to leverage technology healthily and safely.
