Derrien Dennis

Derrien Dennis, MAT, is an experienced elementary school teacher currently employed at Klein ISD since June 2023. Prior to this position, Derrien served as an elementary school teacher at YES Prep Public Schools from June 2022 to June 2023, and at Gwinnett County Public Schools from August 2021 to May 2022. Additional teaching experience includes roles at DeKalb County School District from June 2019 to May 2021 and Gwinnett County Public Schools from July 2015 to June 2019. Derrien holds a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Armstrong State University (2012-2014) and a Bachelor's of Science in Sociology from the University of West Georgia (2004-2009).
