Your Work – Made Productive!

Those who create culture are familiar with the problem: documentation takes time, and the same content has to be reworked into new formats again and again.

kleio solves this!

kleio is a tool for easy and professional documentation of works, projects, processes, and the people involved. Once captured – with image, sound, and text – it creates a digital working archive that not only preserves context but is also effortlessly searchable and filterable.

The special feature: with just one click, content can be displayed in all culture-relevant formats – digital or in print. This way, your work is not only centrally and securely archived, but also made productively usable at any time.

Behind kleio is the association kleioforum, committed to strengthening culture and, through its digital tool kleio, supporting freelance artists and cultural professionals.

kleio was developed by cultural professionals for cultural professionals – more specifically, by a team of artists, designers, developers, and thinkers. Their collaboration is characterized by a content-driven, culture-promoting, and non-profit mission.

The goal is to support cultural professionals in organizing, presenting, and promoting their work in a simple, fast, and sustainable manner.
