Klever Management Group was founded by Rubiel Taborda, a trusted leader in global scouting and talent management. After a decade of working with top models, creatives, and agencies, he recognized the need for a more focused and strategic approach.

At klever, success isn’t about being everywhere—it’s about moving with intention. We represent a select group of models and talent, shaping their careers with clarity, structure, and long-term vision. Beyond management, we consult with agencies to strengthen their scouting, operations, and strategy, while also guiding emerging talent to navigate the industry with clarity and purpose.

Klever moves. Greater outcomes.
