klik is Ethiopia's on-demand delivery app. We deliver food, groceries, pharmacy items, gifts, books, pet supplies, and parcels across Addis Ababa - fast, reliably, and on payment rails Ethiopians actually use, including Telebirr and cash on delivery. We guarantee reliability, instant refunds, and a service that respect customers.

Most delivery in Ethiopia is fragmented: one app for food, a separate courier for parcels, and calls for everything else. klik consolidates that into a single platform with one rider network, real-time tracking, and a 664 call-center fallback for users who prefer to order by phone.

Today we work with 1,500+ vendors, average 45-minute deliveries, complete 97% of orders, and hold a 4.6 rating across the App Store and Google Play. Our riders are full-time klik employees - not gig workers - paid daily, equipped, and accountable.

For businesses: klik Business turns our consumer network into a B2B delivery infrastructure. Meals, retail, documents, and essentials moved across Addis Ababa under one contract.

For partners and merchants: Onboard your storefront in days. Reach customers across food, grocery, pharmacy, and retail through one integration.

For talent: We're hiring engineers, ops leaders, commercial managers, and rider supervisors. We grew our headcount 260% over the last twelve months - the platform that comes next is being built right now.
