With a background in sustainability, climate change, and land use, Simon has extensive experience as a consultant for national and international clients. Simon has also worked as an external lecturer, high school teacher, and program assistant in various organizations focused on climate change and agriculture. With a Doctor of Philosophy in Geography and a Master's Degree in Geography and Environmental Management, Simon's expertise lies in supporting sustainable land use and value chains.
