We develop and manufacture our own machines – with focus on our semi-automatic blade sanders that are well-proven and recognized worldwide.

The sanders have been in service at major global players for more than seven years and have sanded several hundred thousand blades. Most customers have a return on investment in less than 2 years, compared to manual sanding, and several business cases have already shown significant saving.

Klingspor Windpower belongs to the global Klingspor Group, which is regarded as a world-leading company in our industry. The Klingspor facility in Haiger, Germany, is the cornerstone for Klingspor’s operations worldwide.
In 1999 Klingspor A/S was founded as the headquarter for the operations in Scandinavia, and in 2016 Klingspor Windpower was founded as sister company with a strong focus on solutions in surface treatment of wind turbine blades.
