Ed Bryant

Ed Bryant is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the finance and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Board Member at Klipfolio since July 2025, Ed previously held the position of Managing Director at Sampford Advisors Inc from January 2016 to March 2025, where leadership in business development and deal execution was central. Under Ed's tenure as Chief Executive Officer, Sampford Advisors became the leading middle market Tech M&A firm in Canada from 2017 to 2024 by the number of deals completed. Prior to Sampford, Ed was the Chief Financial Officer at Conversant Intellectual Property Management from January 2013 to January 2016, overseeing finance, corporate development, HR, and IT. Ed also held positions at Deutsche Bank from 2002 to 2012, focusing on equity capital markets and corporate finance for TMT, real estate, and natural resources clients, and began a career at Morgan Stanley as an Analyst in corporate finance. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from The University of Sheffield.
