David Lynch

David Lynch is the current CEO at Klir. Prior to this, they worked with the Irish Environmental Protection Agency to develop licence and permitting workflow management systems, as well as the development of their technical architecture, strategies and systems to meet the Water Framework Directive and associated daughter directives. David represented Ireland at European Commission working groups and in Scandinavia and Northern Europe, demonstrating progressive approaches to WFD implementation.

Before that, David worked with VHI (Accenture) as a Test Lead. David worked with post go live test team to test various patches being deployed to web based query application. David also up-skilled and trained local resources on automated testing as well as determining test cases to execute under tight time constraints.

David has also worked as a Process Development Engineer (Co-Op) at Boston Scientific.
