Kevin leads our business strategy practice, with a focus on:

Revenue diversification and sustainability

Lauren leads our HR consulting practice, supporting clients with:

Executive coaching and team development

Conflict resolution and employee relations

What sets us apart is the depth of experience we bring: we’ve held executive roles, managed crises, raised millions, and built capacity inside organizations just like yours. Our approach is tailored, proactive, and rooted in helping clients define why they do what they do — and how to align strategy, people, and systems to deliver on that purpose.

Let’s talk about how we can help you grow — sustainably, strategically, and with heart.
