KLM Construction Group is a Western US Commercial General Contractor specializing in Tenant Improvement, remodels, build outs, and multi site construction programs for owners, developers, brokers, national brands, and franchise operators.

We execute commercial construction projects inside active operating environments where coordination, schedule discipline, safety, and risk control are critical. Our systems are designed for repeatability and consistency across multiple markets, supporting growing brands and franchise networks with structured oversight, centralized reporting, clear communication, and accountable leadership.

From preconstruction budgeting and value engineering through scheduling, field execution, and turnover, KLM provides disciplined project management, transparent cost controls, and proactive problem solving. We understand how to build inside revenue producing spaces while minimizing operational disruption and protecting the customer experience.

We regularly collaborate with brokerage, real estate, facilities, and asset management teams to ensure seamless execution across portfolios. Whether executing a single tenant improvement or a multi location rollout, our team is structured to support multi unit expansion strategies with consistent field execution and measurable performance standards.

Our clients operate across restaurants, retail, C-stores, financial institutions, healthcare, multifamily, hospitality, senior living, and office environments throughout the Western United States.

In addition to our commercial practice, KLM operates a Residential Division serving clients throughout Colorado with ground up construction, custom homes, and large scale renovations delivered with the same management discipline and accountability standards that define our commercial work.

Built for execution. Structured for scale.
