Ragav J. has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Ragav began their career in 1997 working as a Technical Lead, Technical Architect, and Senior Consultant for various IT companies. In 2003, they joined Microsoft Corporation Australia as a .NET Architect, where they developed an online Examination System service. Ragav then moved on to Dell Corporation as a Senior .NET Architect to work on the global deployment of Dell Sales Management System. From 2004 to 2005, Ragav J. worked at Dimension Data Australia as the Technology Lead for the Application Integration Practice. Ragav then joined HotHouse Interactive Pty Ltd as the General Manager of Technology & Outsourcing, where they orchestrated a $3M+ business start-up and growth to 15 employees and 5 offshore resources. From 2007 to 2010, Ragav J. worked at Computer Generated Solutions, Inc. as the Director of the Global Microsoft Applications Group, and then at The IQ Business Group, Australia as the Head of Microsoft Solutions. In 2012, they became the President & Group CEO, Chief Architect / SharePoint SME / Ranger of KL Software Technologies, where they were responsible for the end-to-end P&L, business strategy, and service offerings of the global delivery team. In 2019, they founded and became the Group CEO of KLoBot, Inc., a company that develops artificial intelligence powered conversational user interfaces.

Ragav J. obtained their Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD), Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), and Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) certifications from Microsoft Corporation between 2002 and 2007. Ragav also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology (BScIT) from Bond University, with a focus on Internet Technology, Network Computing, and Software Engineering. Additionally, they hold a Microsoft Certified Architect certification from Microsoft.
