Michael Blech is a Fachmann für Qualitätsmanagement und Produktsicherheit with extensive experience in quality management across various industries. They began their career at Carl Freudenberg in Qualitätsmanagement, followed by significant roles at Woodbridge Foam, where they managed operations and quality, and Klöckner Pentaplast, where they led quality management and hygiene efforts. Michael continued to sharpen their expertise by overseeing the implementation of integrated management systems and quality improvement projects, achieving notable results, including a 45% reduction in complaint rates. Currently, they are pursuing a Dipl.-Ing in Maschinenbau at FH Rheinland-Pfalz.
