Principal Geotechnical Engineer, Vancouver at KCB

Andrew joined KCB in 1996 following graduate studies, and since then has advanced his technical and management career to become a trusted advisor to infrastructure and government clients. Andrew became an Associate in 2008 and was promoted to Principal in 2017. He currently leads the Geo Structures group in the Vancouver office.

Andrew’s experience is in the geotechnical aspects of civic and industrial projects, primarily in British Columbia, including highways, bridges, airports, wastewater treatment plants, dams, port facilities and mine infrastructure. His design experience includes piled foundations, rock sockets, soil anchors, marine structure foundations, settlements, dynamic foundation stiffness and bearing capacity, slope stability, liquefaction assessments and ground improvement.
