Michael D'Souza has a background in geotechnical engineering with experience across multiple companies. Michael began as a Geotechnical Engineer in June 2019 at SNC-Lavalin, later transitioning to a Geotechnical EIT role at the same company. In September 2020, Michael joined BC Hydro as a Field Engineer, where responsibilities were held until July 2022. Following this, Michael worked at Klohn Crippen Berger from July 2022 to August 2024, initially as a Geotechnical EIT and subsequently advancing to the position of Geotechnical Engineer.
