Monica Wagner

Monica Wagner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in water resources engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Water Resources Engineer at Klohn Crippen Berger since August 2025, Monica has held prominent leadership roles, including Vice President and Canada Water Lead at Mott MacDonald from January 2024 to August 2025, and Senior Principal Water Resources Engineer at WSP in Canada from April 2023 to January 2024. Prior to these positions, Monica was Operations Manager and Vice President of Prairies Infrastructure at Wood from August 2018 to June 2023, contributing to one of the world's leading engineering and technical service firms. Monica's career also includes significant experience as a Senior Associate Water Resources Engineer at AMEC Earth & Environmental from December 2001 to June 2023, as well as earlier roles at Hydroconsult EN3 Services Limited and AGRA Earth & Environmental. Monica holds both a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Water Resources) and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Calgary.
