Don Lee is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition specialist at Klook since December 2021, Don is responsible for recruiting across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and India in various business units, including Tech, Product, and Marketing. Prior roles include talent acquisition positions at CARRO, GovTech Singapore, and Indeed.com, where Don contributed to digital transformation initiatives and technical hiring efforts. Don also possesses a strong foundation in software development and product management as a co-founder of Opto Technica and Digital Artifact, alongside early experience as a research engineer at A*STAR. Don holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Communication from the University of Birmingham and a Diploma in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
