Una Chen

Una Chen is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Klook since November 2024, Una previously held a similar role at SHOPLINE, where responsibilities included delivering custom solutions for key accounts in Southeast Asia and overseeing the Online to Offline redemption app. Prior to that, Una worked as a Project Manager for Business Development at NEXT BANK, and as a Product Project Manager at Ace Exchange, one of Taiwan's leading fiat-digital currency exchanges. Earlier career highlights include planning operations for membership initiatives at World Chinese Business Trade & Development Co., Ltd. and implementing projects for the Taiwan Product Center in Shanghai.
