Kloud is an International Executive Search consultancy. We specialize in locating, approaching and attracting the best individuals.

We follow a simple, search methodology resulting in tangible results; immediate value for our clients.

The executive search and recruitment market place is a highly saturated one. Every company strives to be different and to promote their unique selling points. However, the majority will forget the basics which encompass the core elements of how we work:

Keep things simple - We're honest and professional. If we can’t help you, we’ll tell you.

Each search is unique - There’s a good chance that the best individual for the job isn’t actively looking to move from their current position. We locate those unique individuals and bring them to you. We don’t use Job Boards and we don’t use a large database of past candidates.

Quality, not Quantity - We keep our ‘interview to offer’ ratios as low as possible by developing a deep understanding of your requirements and introducing only the best, most relevant individuals for the role. We won’t waste your time with a large number of mediocre candidates.

Long Term Partnerships - We are always looking to build long term partnerships based on a deep understanding of our client’s business and goals, we’re in it for the long run.
