Prashant Parekh

Prashant is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of KloudData, responsible for leading the company’s vision and overall success. He is an accomplished entrepreneur and a well-respected business leader with over 30 years of management experience having worked for large corporations such as HP, SGI and DEC. Prior to founding KloudData, Prashant had co-founded, invested, and managed several start-ups and led them to successful exits creating significant gains for employees, management, and investors. He is a charter member of the ‘The Indus Entrepreneurs’ (TiE). Prashant is passionate about mentoring and helping budding entrepreneurs in their quest to disrupt the status quo with innovation and become tomorrow’s business leaders. Prashant graduated from University of Bombay, India with a BS degree in Chemistry and Physics. He earned his BS in Computer Science from Loyola College, Baltimore, Maryland, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from University of Kansas, Lawrence. He also graduated with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix.
