Director of Site Reliability Engineering at Klover App

Dmitri Rabinowitz has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as an undergraduate student under Professor Pulickel Ajayan at Rice University. In 2010, they traveled to New Delhi to work as a Lab Researcher under Professor S.K Saha, where they designed and optimized a planar parallel arm robot for use in haptic tasks. In 2011, they returned to Rice University as an undergraduate student under Professor James McLurkin and a Mechanical Engineering Capstone Design Student, and also worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Hansen Medical. In 2012, they worked as a Customer Support Engineer at OSIsoft. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Sourcepoint Technologies Inc as a Lead Software Development Engineer, where they built anti-adblocking web ad tech, GDPR compliance tools, and a VPN-based ad blocking mobile app. Dmitri then moved to Vistar Media, where they built a dashboard frontend on React, Flux, ImmutableJS, CoffeeScript, with custom in-house tech for form inputs, a REST backend, command line tools, and reporting services on Python, Flask, and SQLAlchemy. Finally, they are currently working as the Director Of Engineering at Klover.

Dmitri Rabinowitz obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University between 2008 and 2012. In 2014, they attended Hack Reactor and obtained a degree in Software Engineering with a focus in Computer Software Engineering. Later that same year, they attended Thinkful and obtained Certificates in Front End Web Development and Angular. Additionally, they obtained certifications in AngularJS and Front End Web Development from Thinkful in July and August of 2014, respectively.
