Anne Authen

Anne Authen currently serves as the Director of the Section for Design, User Experience, and Innovation at KLP, focusing on enhancing digital user experiences and fostering innovation across the organization. Previously, Anne held various leadership roles at KLP, including leading the Digital Customer Front and working as a digital business developer and product manager, leading innovation efforts. As a co-founder and managing director of No Hate, Anne contributed to establishing Norway's first full-time organization combating online hate. With a background in digital consulting as the owner of Superlab and experience in project management at NRK, including leadership over development teams and editorial responsibilities, Anne has a strong foundation in digital design. Early career roles included web design and development for major Norwegian firms, along with education from institutions such as the University of Oslo and Lund University.
