Mona Refsdal has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently, Mona holds multiple leadership positions at KLP, including Avdelingsleder for HR Organisasjon og endring, HR Arbeidsgiver, and HR Utvikling, as well as serving as Konstituert konserndirektør for HR and interne tjenester since May 2014. Prior to KLP, Mona worked at Accenture from 2008 to 2014, fulfilling roles such as HR Country People Advisor and HR Business Partner/HR Lead for Outsourcing Nordic and Norway. Earlier experience includes serving as Avdelings Direktør and Administrasjonssjef at Noroff from 2000 to 2007, and as Personalkoordinator at Accenture from 1997 to 2000. Mona holds a Candidata Magisterii degree in Personalutvikling og Ledelse from the University of Inland Norway and has further education from the University of South-Eastern Norway.
