Most mid-market organizations discover their AI governance gap at the worst possible moment. A board meeting. An audit finding. A regulator inquiry. By then, the window for orderly remediation has already closed.

KLS Technology Services was built for organizations that want to close that gap before the moment arrives.
We are a boutique IT Audit, Security, and Compliance advisory firm with 30 years of hands-on practitioner experience. We work with a select number of organizations at a time as an embedded governance partner, not a vendor delivering reports.

Our clients are CEOs, CFOs, and audit committee members who need a named advisor who knows their program well enough to identify what will break before the auditor does.

WHAT WE DO
AI Governance and Inventory: Identifying every AI process in your environment, including shadow AI, and building the control framework your board can defend.

IT Audit Remediation: Reverse remediating material weaknesses with evidence-based controls and audit committee reporting that holds up under scrutiny.

Compliance Program Recovery: Rebuilding governance structures that have drifted, with the accountability model and monitoring regulators now expect.

Virtual CISO Advisory: Named security and compliance leadership without a full-time hire.

If your organization is navigating AI governance exposure, audit remediation, or compliance program recovery, we welcome the conversation.
