Joseph Barley

Joseph Barley has extensive experience in the manufacturing and machining industry, currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer/CNC Programmer 2 at Klune Industries since February 2017. Key responsibilities include designing fixtures in Catia, tool path optimization, and process troubleshooting, alongside training engineering interns and facilitating new product integration. Previously, Joseph worked as a CNC Machinist at The Machine Connection from May 2008 to February 2017, where tasks included machine setup, tooling management, and staff training. Earlier experience as a Construction Contractor Assistant at Davis Contracting from 2000 to 2008 provided a strong foundation in various construction and maintenance skills. Joseph holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Southern Utah University and a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University.
