Klungbaan.com was founded in 2017 with an initiative to create an online marketplace for real estate businesses. Afterwards, we developed and expanded our idea to a more compact and extensive system of online supply chain to connect people of all circles in the real estate business, from potential buyers, buyers, sellers, to monetary institutions granting loans for said entities. Having continuously developed and thriving forward from today onwards, Klungbaan.com acts as both an online platform and a real estate-based digital marketing agency, including:

1.Klungbaan(www.klungbaan.com), property listing website.
A medium for real estate-related information in Thailand, utilizing user-generated content which includes housing estates, second-hand houses, and houses for rent.

2.Klungbaan Homeloan Connect

3. Klungbaan Data Analytics & Insights

Klungbaan.com could be considered as a PropTech Startup which merges with rapidly growing real estate SMEs in Thailand. In 2019, Klungbaan.com boasts over 150,000 users and increasing each month. Most of our users are brought via means which acts as a high-quality lead for the real estate industry: search engines (such as Google), especially for those involved in housing development projects, as we provide information for more than 6,000 projects in all provinces of Thailand.

Today, Klungbaan.com remains at the top as one of the most popular real estate search portals in Thailand.
