KLW & Partner combines creative leadership, operational rigor, and global networks to scale premium consumer brands, attract investment, and reposition businesses for long-term value. Founded by senior executives from luxury, retail, and creative industries, we deliver strategic planning, market entry, and hands-on execution.

KLW & Partner is a boutique advisory and accelerator firm helping premium consumer and lifestyle businesses expand globally, strengthen brand equity, and drive measurable growth. We unite 25+ years of creative leadership, two decades of luxury operations and finance, and entrepreneurial expertise to deliver integrated solutions—from brand strategy and creative positioning to operational scaling and investor readiness.

Our founding partners bring complementary strengths: Paul Kotrba’s global luxury and operational leadership across LVMH, LCatterton and Lanvin Group; Tom Wallmann’s 25 years of creative brand-building and high-impact communications across Dedon, Marc O’Polo and Bogner; and Robert Laner’s entrepreneurial, sustainability-focused manufacturing and network-building experience, including WorldChanger. Together they combine strategic vision, executional discipline, and an extensive international network.

We work with founders, private equity, and corporate brands to: reposition brands for premium growth, design and execute market entry across EMEA/US/APAC, prepare companies for investment or M&A, and build high-performing leadership and marketing teams. Engagements are tailored, hands-on, and focused on measurable outcomes and long-term value creation.
