Marcelle Harrison

Marcelle Harrison is an experienced professional specializing in diversity, inclusion, and injury management. Currently serving as the Head of Diversity and Inclusion for Kmart Group (Kmart and Target) since July 2018, Marcelle leads initiatives to foster inclusive workplace practices and enhance team member belonging, particularly in gender equality, disability employment, and First Nations engagement. Prior experience includes roles such as Injury Management Specialist at Kmart Australia Limited and Injury Management Advisor at Goodyear & Dunlop Tyres. Marcelle holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Deakin University, earned in 2009.
