Mel Moretti

Mel Moretti currently serves as the Engagement and Recognition Manager at Kmart Australia Limited, having joined the company in October 2020. With a strong background in human resources, Mel held the position of People and Capability Business Partner at Target Australia from February 2019 to October 2020, focusing on enhancing employee engagement. Prior to that, Mel was a People and Culture Business Partner at Pickles Auctions and Sylvanvale, where the emphasis was on building strong relationships and supporting individuals with disabilities. Early career experience includes roles as an HR Advisor and HR Administrator at O'Brien Glass Industries and a Concierge and Trainer at Walt Disney World, respectively. Mel holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Sydney and a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Services from the Line Management Institute of Training.
