Patrick Smith

Patrick Smith is an innovation leader and product coach currently serving as the Head of Product & Design at Kmart Australia Limited. Prior to this role, Patrick held various positions at Tabcorp, including Digital Product Lead and Head of Product - Sport & Innovation, where significant achievements included the delivery of a global first product and the implementation of human-centered design practices. Patrick also gained experience at Betfair as a Product Analyst and Product Manager, and previously worked as a State Organiser at the Australian Services Union. Patrick's career began at Qantas, where they served as a Senior Telephone Sales Consultant.
