Stephen Morison currently serves as the Head of Customer Data and Analytics at Kmart Australia Limited since December 2022. Prior to this, Stephen worked at Wesfarmers as the Analytics Lead in the Advanced Analytics Center from November 2020 to December 2022, where responsibilities included defining analytics use cases and leading teams in data analytics. Between February 2012 and October 2020, Stephen held multiple roles at NAB, including Manager of Digital Marketing Analytics and various consulting positions focused on digital media, personalization, and customer analytics. Stephen began his career at Hungry Jack's Australia Pty Ltd in various management roles from March 2003 to January 2012. Educational qualifications include an Honours degree in Commerce with a focus on Econometrics and Quantitative Economics, as well as a Bachelor's degree in both Commerce and Economics from Monash University.
