Tristram Gray

Tristram Gray serves as the Chief People and Capability Officer at Kmart Australia Limited since February 2018, having previously held the position of General Manager Human Resources within the same company. Prior to Kmart, Tristram Gray held various prominent roles at Ericsson from 2008 to 2018, including Vice President of Human Resources for South East Asia, Oceania, and India, where responsibilities encompassed the execution of people strategies for over 17,000 employees across diverse cultural landscapes. Earlier career experiences include senior HR positions at Coles Group Ltd and Coles Myer Limited, handling HR functions across thousands of stores and employees, as well as roles in industrial relations management at Transfield Electrical. Tristram Gray holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business with double majors in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Edith Cowan University.
