KMAX Inspection LLC specializes in small diameter pipeline inspection, focusing exclusively on pipelines with diameters of 3 inches, 4 inches, and 6 inches. Our cutting-edge fleet of inspection tools has been meticulously designed to tackle the unique challenges associated with these smaller pipelines. Whether it’s navigating tight bends, overcoming restrictions, or performing bi-directional or tethered operations, KMAX tools are up to the task.

Here are some key points about KMAX Inspection:

Innovative Tools: Our state-of-the-art fleet includes Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) inspection technology, which has been serving the market since 2015. This technology enables precise inspection of small-diameter pipelines.

Inertial Mapping Capability: In 2018, we enhanced our entire fleet with high-resolution inertial mapping capability. This allows us to create detailed maps of pipeline conditions, ensuring accurate assessments.

Complete Solution: Beyond inspection, we offer cleaning services and provide gauge pigs for a comprehensive inspection solution.

Industry Experience: Although our name may be new, our team has decades of MFL Inline Inspection (ILI) experience. Led by industry veteran Ken Maxfield, we combine innovation, customer service, and continual improvement.
