Per Sandfeld

Per Sandfeld is currently the Head of Factory at KMC Amba, where they lead production with a strong emphasis on team leadership and shop-floor visibility. Previously, they served as COO at RUNI and held various managerial roles at dsm-firmenich, where they managed continuous production of HMO, and at Arla Foods Ingredients, where they built and operated a new hydrolysate department. Per's career began as a Production Planner at Dairy Fruit A/S after earning a degree in Process Technology from Kold College. Renowned for their relationship-building skills, Per is committed to fostering a positive and proactive workplace culture.
