CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SPECIALISTS
KMC Construction was established in 1997 in the infrastructure development and construction market by Jacques N Bakkes, Managing Director. From humble beginnings, KMC Construction soon became synonymous with quality and excellence in the civil engineering, construction, and property
development domains.
KMC Construction's successful track-record in infrastructure construction has provided a solid foundation for our rapid expansion, particularly over the past decade. KMC Construction is a multidisciplinary contractor with specialised teams working on leading construction projects across Southern Africa.

Our hands‑on approach has secured KMC Construction’s listing on several leading housing developers’ closed tender lists. Our private sector client base continues to grow. The combined use of improved construction methods and designs with technologically advanced machinery and equipment sets KMC Construction apart. Our unique approach results in savings for our clients, increased productivity as well as improved quality and durability of infrastructure delivery.
This approach has been a key driver in KMC Construction's success.
