Gregory Jeffries

Gregory Jeffries, CAPM, M.ASCE, is an industry veteran with over 35 years of experience in Subsurface Utility Engineering and utility management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at KMCE, Inc. and the Utilities Division Director at ClearLine, they also hold positions on various executive committees, including the ASCE/UESI SUE&I Committee. Gregory has been active with the National Utility Locating Contractors Association (NULCA), where they previously served as President. Their extensive expertise includes business development, training, and equipment acquisition in the utility sector, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Geospatial Science from Oklahoma State University.
