The firm’s CEO is Costa Rican Architect Katia Marten. Katia is also the Founder of the Costa Rican based Architecture Firm KMA Design Costa Rica. A firm she started 30 years ago.

Now having started a property development firm in Canada, Katia has been intrigued by the Canadian Real Estate and Design Landscape. At KMD Group We are working closely with qualified professionals and consultants to offer one of a kind spaces. Spaces that are unique, customized and most of all beautiful and functional.

Our conceptual designs are being provided by our award winning sister company KMA Design Group Costa Rica. At KMD Group we are very cognizant of the importance of respecting the land and traditions where one is. With our projects we are committed to providing a high end product that brings a combination of the Costa Rican and Canadian aesthetic and architectural styles to the Canadian landscape.
