Lars Kaare Pedersen has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as Sales Director for ERP & Digital Transformation at KMD since May 2019. Previously, Lars held the position of Salgsdirektør at KOMPAN Danmark from June 2015 to November 2018 and worked at KMD in various roles, including Area Director for Sales to Municipalities in Eastern Denmark and Senior Account Manager from June 2011 to April 2015. Lars holds a Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from the University of Odense, obtained between 1993 and 1995, and a Civiløkonom degree with a thesis focused on sales in the German market from Handelshøjskolen i Nykøbing Falster, completed from 1991 to 1993.
