Michael Wildgaard

Michael Wildgaard is an experienced professional in operations, service management, and coaching, currently serving as Team Lead and Problem Manager at KMD since August 2021, with prior roles including Head of Department and Scrum Master for the KMD WorkZone EIM platform. Previously, Michael held coaching and project management positions at Impact&way and Ballerup Kommune, focusing on high-performance coaching and the establishment of alternative school options. Earlier experience includes project management and social work at Bornholms Regionskommune, along with educational roles in the Danish Armed Forces. Michael holds a Bachelor in Social Education and has pursued advanced studies with an Executive MBA in Management of Technology at Aalborg University and leadership education at Copenhagen Business School.
