Simon Birk

Simon Birk is a Senior Tech Transformation Consultant who supports senior leaders in tech, product, and commercial sectors with strategic decision-making. They have a background in coaching and systems thinking, with experience in guiding Tech Management groups. Simon previously worked as a Senior Agile Coach and Scrum Master at KMD, enhancing team transparency and process efficiency through data visualizations. They began their career in hospitality, working as a waiter and host before transitioning to UI design and tech consulting, following a Master of Arts in Human Centered Informatics from Aalborg Universitet.
