Harold Solis

Harold Solis has over 18 years of experience working in a variety of engineering and program management roles for companies such as KMS Solutions, LLC, Amentum, AECOM, Technomics, Inc., Naval Sea Systems Command, Northrop Grumman, AT&T, SAIC, and Military Sealift Command. Harold'smost recent position was as a Project Management Lead at KMS Solutions, LLC starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Manager at Amentum from 2020 to 2022 and at AECOM from 2017 to 2022. Harold also has experience as a Senior Systems Engineer/Analyst at Technomics, Inc., and held various engineering roles at Naval Sea Systems Command, Northrop Grumman, AT&T, SAIC, and Military Sealift Command earlier in their career.

Harold Solis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech from 1999 to 2003. In 2011, they obtained a DAWIA Program Management Level II certification from Defense Acquisition University. Harold also has a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute, which does not have a specified date of completion.
