James Ross

James Ross has over 16 years of experience in the United States Navy, with their most recent role being an Engineering Management Analyst III at KMS Solutions, LLC. Prior to this, Ross was a FIDE Lead Instructor at TTF Kings Bay, an Engineering Department Master Chief on the USS Maryland, an Electrical Officer at Commander Submarine Squadron Two Zero, an Electrical Division Leading Chief Petty Officer on the USS Wyoming, an Engineering Watch Supervisor on the USS Alaska, and a Staff Instructor at the TRIDENT Training Facility. James Ross obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Brenau University in 2012. James then pursued the Senior Enlisted Academy program at the U.S. Naval War College in 2018-2019, and later their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management from Brenau University in 2019-2020. In 2023, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Institute for Veterans and Military Families - IVMF. In addition to their academic qualifications, James has acquired various certifications related to cybersecurity, data center, quality assurance, and thermography skills.
