Patrick Olsen

Patrick Olsen is a seasoned Technical Program Manager at KMS Solutions, LLC, where they leverage extensive submarine systems and R&D expertise to support the U.S. Navy's SSN(X) program. Previously, Patrick served in various capacities within the U.S. Navy, including as Executive Officer on the USS Michigan and a Project Officer at the Research & Development Support Activity. With a background as a submariner since 1996, they have held critical roles such as Navigator and Operations Officer on USS Key West, and an instructor at the Naval Submarine School. Patrick's academic achievements include a Master’s degree in Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
