Leo Tucker

Leo Tucker serves as the Chief Executive Officer for KMS Technology. As the CEO, Leo is responsible for all KMS Technology functions in the US and Vietnam. This includes traditional KMS services and technology consulting, as well as the incubation of future KMS-founded software companies. Prior to taking the role of CEO, Leo served as the Chief Operating Officer at KMS for over two and a half years, leading the company’s growth efforts and helping KMS navigate the tumultuous economic environment resulting from the pandemic.

Leo joined KMS in early 2019 with over 20 years of experience working in technology. His most recent roles prior to joining KMS were as the Chief Marketing Officer at Aptean and the SVP of Global Marketing at PGi.

Over the course of his career, Leo has driven go-to-market success at high-growth enterprise companies, with both SaaS and traditional software license products, and has spent substantial time in product management. He also spent over 10 years in the services business, working as a consultant for two large companies as well as leading a small consultancy that he founded.
