Koen Herps is an experienced industrial engineer currently working at KMWE since September 2009, where responsibilities include enabling automated manufacturing logistics and managing the introduction of new products and processes. Koen also holds a PhD position at Eindhoven University of Technology, focusing on algorithmization and business intelligence to optimize inner-company productivity. Koen's earlier career includes roles as a trainee and junior project manager at KMWE, as well as part-time student employment in various capacities at TNT Post. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Technology and Operations Management from the University of Groningen and a Bachelor of Engineering in Bedrijfsmanagement MKB from Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven.
