Simon van Impelen

Simon van Impelen is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in test engineering and service management. Currently serving as IT Service Lead at Knab since August 2016, Simon has held various roles including Manager Test Engineering and Test Automatiseerder. Prior experience includes positions as a Test Consultant for Ezilly BV and KZA, as well as a brief tenure at Jumbo Supermarkten. Simon also has a background in finance as a Financieel Medewerker at SVO and an internship at Nederlandse Spoorwegen, where a focus was placed on analyzing the travel behavior of train passengers using OV-chipkaart data. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, both obtained from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. Additionally, Simon has completed the International Baccalaureate and a higher-intermediate English certificate.
